The facilities, especially given the weather. I found Raul at reception very helpful with all my questions. I thoroughly used the spa, the indoor swimming pool, and the jacuzzi. Treatments at the spa were a fantastic experience.
Restaurant staff seemed a bit tired, probably because of the long season. other staff were excellent. That did not greatly affect my stay. The team's prompt attention compensated for it

The hotel boasts a nice indoor pool with warm water and a relaxing sauna area. There is also a beautiful restaurant with tasty cocktails. The hotel is directly on the beach, which has its own sunbeds and lounge area to use, though these may get crowded.

the room was a beautiful suite sea view. i had a great view and it was really spacious. the staff at the restaurant and the shisha area were perfect. the service was great and very attentive. the hotel has a nice private beach. the rooms were super clean.
the music was loud all night. it wasn't suitable for kids or old people.

the room was spacious and clean it offered a nice view
the customer service was generally very poor the staff seemed untrained and lacked empathy. my son fell in the reception area and despite his loud cry the staff showed no concern. i found the dining experience disappointing and the food was not great.

i was thrilled by the hotel's private beach! my super clean room featured a lovely balcony. the dishes served at the restaurant were great, especially the fresh seafood.. the spa treatments offered rejuvenation after a long day.
during my stay, i noticed that the gym could use a few more free weights.
