awesome family getaway!

food variety friendly staff excellent kids club

I loved the variety of food available, especially the amazing bread selection! the staff were super friendly, always ready with a smile and quick to help. my kids had a blast at the excellent kids club. They wanted to go every day. the hotel's cleanliness was great, everything sparkled!

the lifts were a bit slow , and waiting for them sometimes took longer than expected.

our family room included a comfortable seating area. a balcony. the bathroom had two separate sinks , which was so convenient with kids. we also had a mini-fridge that kept our drinks cold.

the hotel had direct access to the beach. it had very clear water. several shops are within a short walk , which was very useful. there's a market nearby on sundays , selling local goods.

the main buffet restaurant provided a wide variety of options , with themed cuisine nights. there was a bread selection i enjoyed. the desserts were fresh , with lots of fresh fruit available.

The staff were very friendly. That was acceptable.

I wanted to give this place a higher rating, but it's difficult. the food selection seemed repetitive. Breakfast was the same every day. also, the hotel charged extra for wi-fi.
