The premium tropical view room was beautiful. The room was very nice with a large balcony. our butler, wilhbur, secured reservations at all the restaurants . all bartenders at the bars were engaging, and the drinks were fun. room service for breakfast was free for premium rooms. It was a great option.
the room had a somewhat moldy smell, it even permeated our clothes. i washed them at home, the smell did not go away. the bathroom walls had mold, unacceptable. the hotel really needs to address this issue, it's a major health concern

I enjoyed the premium tropical view. The room included a large balcony and a nice view. Our butler helped us to get reservations at the restaurants. All were delicious.
The air conditioning in the room did not work well. The thermostat could not be set below 21 degrees, and the room remained warm.
