Both North (Agave) and South Pointe building pools are open. The River Ranch water park is currently closed but is expected to reopen in June.

Currently available amenities include a restaurant, bar and grill, and access to the pools. However, the spa, fitness center, basketball courts, tennis courts, and poolside service are not operational at this time.
