a beautiful hideaway
clean hotel quiet atmosphere friendly staff
the hotel was very clean and wonderfully quiet. the pool shone so clean and so well kept. the staff was very friendly.
i found that flooring work was a distraction. this information was not shown on the website, so i was surprised.

staff was always ready to help with a smile. they seemed genuinely happy to. this.

i did not sample the dining options, but i hear the terrace staff offers a special glow. they have a way of making every meal feel like a romantic occasion. this adds a sparkle to the ambiance.

the pool shone bright and huge and clean. the pool area had so many places to lie and to dream. everything seemed designed for relaxation and closeness.

our room felt really luxurious and spacious. it became our own little sanctuary for the time. the bed was very comfortable, which allowed us to rest and to connect in peace.

Acceptable Stay, but Issues Noted
The pool area provided a pleasant environment for relaxation and recreation.
I encountered an issue with the air conditioning unit in my room. It made a loud noise and was difficult to adjust to a comfortable temperature (maintenance had to set it).

average stay with service issues
broken tv mediocre service
the tv remote did not work i called reception a maintenance worker arrived quickly he seemingly fixed it it broke again the next day i spent hours with the maintenance worker trying new remotes he said our room was the only room to have this problem i requested a change of room this was done without apology i moved to the new room only for the tv to be similarly broken things weren't much better with service poolside servers ignored me and my partner
