The pool complex includes several temperature zones, a 104-degree therapy pool with cascading water features, and a new set of five mineral pools called the Yampah Mineral Baths. A separate cold plunge pool at 54 degrees, named 'inhale,' and a 74-degree 'exhale' pool are also available for contrast therapy.

Lodging options include Hotel 1888, a boutique property opened in summer 2025 inside the historic bath house directly adjacent to the pool through the VIP Athletic Club entrance. The Lodge rooms, located a 3-minute walk from the pool lobby entrance, underwent a complete renovation in spring 2025 and now feature vinyl flooring, updated bathrooms, and new fixtures. Room types range from basic double queen rooms to suites with full kitchens and multiple bedrooms, and all include a mini fridge, flat-screen TV, and security safe.

Children have their own dedicated play area called the Sopris Splash Zone, which includes water features modeled after local attractions and small water slides. The larger Chutes water slides provide older kids and adults with a thrilling ride. The property also offers family-friendly room configurations, including suites with multiple bedrooms and kitchenettes.

A complimentary full breakfast is served daily at the poolside Grill, with options made to order including eggs benedict, omelets, and scrambled eggs along with continental items. The Grill also operates as a snack bar and lunch spot during pool hours. Guests must book a 30-minute breakfast time slot to manage capacity at the grill.

The resort is located 1,050 feet from downtown Glenwood Springs via a scenic pedestrian bridge over the Colorado River, putting shops and restaurants within a short walk. Nearby outdoor activities include whitewater rafting, hiking, and skiing at Sunlight Mountain Resort 12 miles away.
