I had a great stay at this hotel! The jacuzzi tub in our spacious room was a fantastic bonus, and the staff were super kind and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring North Conway and nearby attractions. However, the breakfast could use some improvement and the outdoor pool was a bit chilly for my taste.
