excellent stay

convenient busclean roomcomfortable bed

the onsite restaurant offered large portions. i was able to walk easily to the falls. the wego bus stop across the street was very convenient. our room was super clean and the bed was comfortable. the entire staff was very nice and super tidy.

the pool and exercise room were available, but i did not use them. i didn't have enough time .

the front desk staff was courteous and helpful. patrick at the front desk and troy at the entrance gave a lot of great information for the area when i checked in. housekeeping was very efficient.

the hotel had a large pool area. the exercise room was equipped nicely. i saw fireworks over the falls each evening from the 8th floor. the hotel was quiet and relaxing at night.

cooling systemunfriendly receptionist

The lack of a cooling system in the room was a problem I did not anticipate. I find it ridiculous I was not informed about this beforehand and only discovered it when maintenance came. The receptionist I encountered upon arrival was also miserable, she didn't smile. I felt unwelcome by such behavior. I expect better for the price I payed.
