My stay was quite disappointing due to several issues. The room had cleanliness problems, specifically dealing with roaches, which made it uncomfortable. The service was lackluster, with staff being polite but unhelpful. While the location was convenient, being near the beach, the overall experience was marred by the excessive charges for amenities and the poor condition of facilities. I had to deal with minor annoyances, like a tiny refrigerator that couldn't fit our food. I wouldn't recommend this hotel as it doesn't offer the value expected for the price.
