spacious room comfortable bed broken lounger slow service
the room was quite spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. the communal pool offered a very calm experience.
the service was not up to the 5-star standard. cappuccinos at breakfast were sometimes not served or forgotten.

Amazing premises and services
amazing view excellent pool gracious staff near access
This hotel is wonderful. The beach access I enjoyed a lot, it was so near. The pools are excellent, I spent many time there. The room view are unbelievable and the staff were always very gracious. I thank Alexandra who constantly did everything to put smiles on our faces.
I think for a five stars hotel, they must improve the main restaurant food. Breakfast are too poor in terms of assortment. I did not like the semi-finished products offered for lunch in the main restaurant. I did refused to eat there.

The room have comfortable bedding and modern fittings. Rooms come equipped very well and were spacious enough. You find the rooms very clean and maintained. These rooms are what you need.

Breakfast offered plenty of fresh options. You find also a variety of choices like hot dishes, lighter choices like fruit and pastries. Staff at breakfast are very attentive. You feel like home.

The location provide amazing views. The hotel takes full advantage of the place. I appreciated the Mediterranean restaurant because of its views, excellent food, and service. I think you will love it too.

littered beach slow service
the room view is certainly FANTASTIC.
The beach was not maintained. I found litter all over. the italian restaurant listed on the website was not available. the staff often seemed lost and service was slow during lunchtime.

amazing experience
delicious breakfast helpful staff
i found the breakfast to be delicious with many options available. the staff was helpful and ready to assist with any request. i also appreciated the beautifully designed and decorated hotel , it offered a relaxing atmosphere.
the room i booked was supposed to have a sea view, but upon arrival, the view overlooked the snack bar. after i expressed my dissatisfaction , i was moved to another room but it also lacked a sea view.

the hotel is very modern i see. there are multiple pools and my room had a fine sea view i loved. i had a beautiful double room sea view private pool. the breakfast was good i eat a lot.
the cleaning lady came late to my room i think.
