the hotel offered breakfast with great variety (i especially liked the omelets).

The room service was quite slow. I ordered a snack one afternoon and it took over an hour to arrive. the promised turndown service never happened. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing changed. the minibar was not refilled daily. This meant a constant need to call and request water or other drinks.
