Easy Parking Access

I was pleasantly surprised by the parking situation at The Hotel Hot Springs. The parking garage was close to the hotel and it was free! Plus, I appreciated that there was a shuttle service available for when I wanted to explore further. It made my stay even more convenient.

Spacious and Comfy Rooms

I had mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. While I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of some staff, I encountered issues with my reservation, mixed-up orders at the restaurant, and billing problems at checkout. The location was convenient for walking to local attractions, but the overall experience didn't quite live up to my expectations from previous visits.

The room was nice with solid surface floors and a contemporary bathroom. I enjoyed the great view from the 13th floor, and it appeared newly decorated.
