I had a great experience at this hotel during my stay in Chicago. The location was perfect for accessing popular attractions, and the staff's hospitality was heartwarming. The rooms, although modern and clean, felt a bit on the smaller side for my liking. The dining options were enjoyable but could use a bit more variety. Overall, a delightful stay with some minor areas for improvement.

I had high hopes for this hotel, but my experience was very mixed. The location is fantastic for those who want to be in the heart of the city, and the atmosphere is definitely modern and trendy. However, the noise from the street was unbearable at night, which ruined my sleep. Additionally, I found the lack of privacy in the bathroom setup quite uncomfortable, especially when sharing the space.
